Ya había estado en este complejo y lo conocía muy bien. La ubicacion me parece fantástica . El apartamento estaba bien, comodo y limpio, aunque para mi, lo más impresionante es la ubicación y los servicios cercanos. Muy bien las indicaciones para el acceso en el check in

El apartamento está a pie de playa asi que ubicación perfecta. Y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Cercano también a restaurantes y al centro del pueblo, pero a la vez en una zona tranquila.

The outside area is a good sun trap. Its less than a hundred metres from the sea. Close to bars and restaurants.

The bed and shower need upgrading.

The location close to the beach and tradional style of the development. The grounds around the apartments were very pretty and well maintaned by a freindly man. The small town is not too commercialised and the local people were very friendly. Some cafes, bars and restaurants near by serving good quality, fairly priced products. There were 2 super markets, one within a short walking distance. Both had delicious fresh bread available daily.

The apartment was a bit tired. Inside seating was on a couple of stools or a bed setee which we found was not particularly comfortable as the cushions seemed to slide out from underneath us as we sat down! There was a fairly untidy nest of wires around the TV and internet WIFI router which may not have been in any way dangerous but looked a bit alarming. We couldn't get anything other than Spanish TV channels which was not a problem as we didn't want to watch it anyway. One of the power sockets was blanked off in the bedroom and one in the kitchen was open as the surround seemed to have come off. Again probably not dangerous. The water leaked from the tap in the sink so the draining board was constantly wet, just a new washer needed to fix an irratating silly problem. Our ceiling fan didn't work nor did the ceiling light. We didn't need either so were not bothered but it could be a problem if the weather was hot. The shower could do with a head fitting which would allow it to point directly down on top of you rather than weakly pour out and down the wall! The main bed was comfortable bit pretty much directly on the floor. We are both agile mid seventies so didn't have a problem but it could be difficult for some elderly visitors not so fortunate with their mobility.

Location is excellent - Close to a good beach and a short walk into town. The apartment is quiet and reasonably private. The cleaning was first class.

The water system was not great. The shower is not big enough for a large man. If these matters were dealt with it would be a considerable improvement. The kitchen crockery is sketchy, but that is less of an issue. The apartment faces into the sun for much of the day and does get a bit hot inside - I could not get the fan to work, but that was because I could not see a switch for it! Overall nothing dreadful, but a little TLC would raise the game.
