Very Clean, modern, perfect location, near restaurants, host was very responsive and helpful.

Access to the building requires a code, but it should ideally be handled through an app. It is too difficult to read codes at 2 a.m. Also, before entering the code, you need to press the panel in the center of the screen, and there were no instructions explaining this. The same issue applies to the apartment door. There is also confusion regarding the apartment number and the floor number. You assume it is on the 2nd floor, but it is actually on the 1st floor. Additionally, the codes were provided in reverse order—first the apartment code, then the building code when it should be the other way around. This may not seem like a big issue, but late at night it becomes problematic. Using the laundry equipment is also difficult, especially for people from the U.S. The laundry room is located on floor -1, and there are no instructions on how to operate the equipment. The machine with the drying feature collects water in a tank instead of draining it. When the tank is full, the machine stops a few minutes after starting. Although an icon appears, if you are unfamiliar with this type of machine, it is very difficult to understand the issue. It took me 30 minutes of researching online to figure it out.

We were a group of 4 and only 2 wine glasses . Needed more cutlery etc .

Een ruim en fris appartement. Locatie was goed, ‘‘s avonds zijn er genoeg barretjes om te vertoeven zodat je niet te ver meer moet stappen. Alles aanwezig op het appartement, ruime badkamers.

We slapen graag met raam open, maar in het weekend is er veel nachtlawaai. Met het raam dicht is dat geen probleem, maar open is het wel storend
