La ubicación.

La forma de recoger la llave: muchos códigos, cajetines, llamadas pérdidas, instrucciones video, que los códigos solo se pueden utilizar una vez..... Todo muy útil la verdad, pero para una persona de vacaciones demasiado lío. Aparte de esto la limpieza ha sido aceptable, pero podría mejorar.

The location was excellent & the price was fair. It did what we needed it to do. The word I would use is adequate. It was clean.

There are lots of small things that need attention, but there are many, one or 2 things is fair enough but there so mamy it just feels unloved . It was noisy and at lots of different times of day, , the electricity tripped twice. Luckily the 1st time it tripped the chap from the place below said where the fuse box was, so I was able to sort it out the 2nd time. The flat is small and feels crowded, too much furniture, some of which is repaired and some of which is not reqiured (there are effectively 3 tables & searting for 6!) The kitchen area is badly designed and missing some basic things, like a draining board and a shelf under the sink, , plus a mug & glass were both chipped. The frying pan should have been binned a long time ago, warped, bent & very a damaged lining. You can't use the top cupboard as its way put of reach. The fridge bottom door compartment was either the wrong one or part broken. The bathroom is poorly designed so you have to sit sideways on the toilet. There is no towel rail, except for hand towels and thats very loose and unuseable. The sink cabinet is starting to go at the edges. The memory foam pillows are not suitable for everyone. You get a list of all you can and can't do, including making a noise but the room is right next to a washer dryer that has a metal roller and it might be used by different rooms in the group, it made a racket when it was moved. There is bright light & I kept turning it off but it got turned on again.

The apartment was as expected and as shown in the images. The location right next to the Gibraltar border was perfect for our purposes and getting to Gibraltar only took a few minutes. Apartment was at the top floor, which made it immune for any noise from the outside.

Collecting the keys was quite cumbersome, and the provided instructions did not work. It would've also helped if the information needed to fill out a check-in form had been provided earlier, so the check-in could've been done on a screen bigger than a mobile phone while in the corridor behind the apartment door. The outer appearance of the building complex was straight out of a dystopian movie, with its building blocks. The walls were thin as paper, and all the noise from the corridor and the apartment next door was clearly audible inside, so bring earplugs for a more comfortable stay.

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Ausflug nach Gibraltar.

Aber das Apartment ist nur noch da zum Geldeinnehmen und wird nicht unterhalten. Bei der Stufe von Schlafzimmer zur Küche schauten Kabel raus und der Backofen ging nicht resp. man hatte sogar die ganze Blende in der Hand sobald man den Knopf drehte und dahinter waren wiederum jede Menge Kabel offen. Bad war zweckmässig aber auch hier ein paar Löcher in der Wand was unschön ist. Klar ist es sehr günstig aber es sollte trotzdem alles funktionieren was im Apartment ist und das war bei uns nicht der Fall

Dobrze wyposażony apartament wraz z kuchnią. Wygodne łóżko.

It's a reasonably small studio apartment but it has everything you need for a short stay - I appreciated the microwave, kettle, fridge and the AC/heating. It's a 2 minute walk to the border. Good Wifi connection. Good communication on the location and how to access the property. Towel and shower gel provided.
