La pulizia, la posizione, il rapporto qualità prezzo. Dotato di tutti i comfort. Ho apprezzato moltissimo le guide e i consigli per visitare Lanzarote lasciate a disposizione

Unico neo del soggiorno il rumore provocato dallo scarico del vetro ogni notte e ogni mattina presto proprio dove affaccia la camera

La localización es perfecta como base, hay supermercados y restaurantes a mano. La casa viene equipada con todo y además tiene el detalle de tener un manual de recomendaciones para restaurantes y visitas turísticas. Manuel ha sido muy atento y la casa estaba impecablemente limpia. Tiene alarma para sentirse más seguro.

Si tuviese que decir algo, cierto olor a cañería por la parte de fuera (no dentro) y hacia atrás entiendo porque están en obras.

"Pequeño apartamento con todo lo necesario."

Ubicación perfecta con toda clase de servicios en los alrededores (tiendas, restauración, supermecados). La playa está a poco más de 100 metros bajando una escalera. El apartamento está muy completo, dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar una pareja unos días en Lanzarote.

Poco que destacar en la parte negativa. Si no estás acostumbrado, y no tienes intención de madrugar, la falta de persianas (dispone de cortinas que no limitan completamente la entrada de luz) puede que no te permita alargar la mañana durmiendo. No fue nuestro caso. Si vas con coche, al ser una zona muy transitada, puede haber momentos del día en los que sea complicado aparcar. Nosotros tuvimos suerte y no dimos muchas vueltas ningún día.

Fantastic location with easy access to the old and new town and the beach was on your doorstep. It was spotless and great amenities.

Took a little longer to find it as there was work being done around the property (did not impact holiday once in) but that can’t be helped

This apartment was everything and more than needed and communication from the staff was excellent, great value for money too.

If I had 1 thing I didn’t like (and it’s only small) is the flashing router at night.
