Excellent location Modern decor Quiet

Staff could have been friendlier, not very helpful when we had questions. The linen and cushions were dirty and need replaced. The apartment has no washing machine as advertised, there is a communal one on the roof. No instructions on how to get fresh towels, no english guide either. The apartment is 2km away from the main hotel, no facilities to leave our bags at the apartment on check out day so had to walk 2km in 30 degree heat with our cases.

Lack of bread board and sharp knife A small welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk would be recommended

The location was fabulous, there was everything you needed, bathroom was great, fridge was good, having use of a washing machine was a bonus

The apartment was a bit scruffy, holes in the sheets, towels were old, there was mould in the corners, the sofa was old and covered in a old sofa cover

The lounge area was small with seating under the window being of little value - the bathroom set up was weird I’ve never seen a toilet in the shower room - the air con was also strange we were scared after getting it sorted that it may go off again so didn’t use the balcony at all

Good location to explore the Mar Menor and surrounding areas 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️

Apartments need a little tlc in places as obviously a few years old now and starting to wear a little in places , grout in shower base etc. Lacking in kitchen utensils like a decent fish slice.We could see there is a fridge a freezer issue as you have to make sure you really push the door to close it and believe many guests don’t do this so very frozen inside ❄️

Property was lovely . Clean

Lack of some utensils bottle opener and could do with some dish towels . Would have like information about white goods washing machine etc in English and maybe an information pack in English.
