Location a bit far from center and attractions.

Very nice appartment, very nice and helpful host

Everything was really good! Clean, good location.

There is no elevator in the building, so you have to carry your luggage by stairs to the 3rd floor.

Spacious, big apartment on the third floor with fully equiped kitchen. The size of the main bathroom is also quite good. There was always hot water and the parking was quite close (2min walking). The main door of the building is also secured with a key although the neighbourhood is very quiet and basicly with all the amenities you need around (market, restaurants...) We had a self check-in since we arrived late in the evening. The instructions we received from Sofia were very detailed . She was very kind, explaining everything quite well. Even giving some good recomendations for places to eat.

Bedrooms: Both of them have windows facing inner open building space and there is no circulation of air. You cannot sleep without the air condition beng turned on during the night. Also, the matress of the double bed is not comfortable. The building has no elevator.

Very central within 30 min walk to majority of sights. Apartment very well appointed and comfortable. Modern features. Close to supermarket for food and close to market. Sofia so helpful.

Good location, exploring Seville on foot. Confusing access by car, but Sofia was very helpful. We had a parking lot, 200 m from the apartment. Large, well-equipped apartment on the 3rd floor. Interesting area. The street is a bit noisy in the morning, but you can't hear it in the bedrooms. Nice view from the window.

The flat was very clean and cozy. The location is amazing, super close to city centre and a lot of restaurant and bars around. The apartment came with the garage, which was very convenient for us since we travelled with the car.

The location was perfect. Restaurants, cafes and local shops at your door. The free parking was a great bonus. The local owner met us and was helpful and friendly. Whilst this was a great stay and we didn't need any help it is a benefit to have a local contact if problems do occur. There is a little balcony. The whole place was clean and welcoming.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable. The apartment is on the top floor with step steps, this was fine for us, but worth pointing out that if you are less mobile, have heavy cases or young children you might find it difficult.
