The location is great.

- Have to go to a separate location far from the apartment to pickup the key... had to pay for separate Ubers. Very disappointing. - Bare bones apartment, minimal comforts. - No soap.

Location was what I wanted i.e. near to the people we were visiting, but also beach and bars/restaurants. Owner (or agent) was helpful and spoke very good English

Picking up the keys from the north east side of the city centre was very inconvenient. In fact we had to let our taxi go as the office was in a very small one way street. Whilst the flat sleeps 4, it woud not be comfortable for 4; a small 2-seat sofa was the only casual furniture.

It was located a short 5 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and 20 minutes to the harbour area. The oceanographique venue is a short cab ride away. The table is able to seat four people. The area with the couch and TV is very small. The kitchen and dining area is open-concept and felt more spacious. The main bedroom is large and comfortable. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a nice little enclosed balcony.

We had to pay a lot on cab fares to pick up the keys, which are a 25 minute cab ride away from the property. It would be OK to walk to, or have a short cab ride, if you're arriving from the train station but we weren't. The office's opening hours to obtain the keys are very restricted on weekends. There is an additional charge of 30 euros to access the reception host after-hours. This information is not available before booking the property. Using the key for both locking and unlocking the apartment's door was a little difficult because the key sticks and comes out 'horizontally' in the lock. The bathroom drawer needs repair. Hair shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner were not provided. Coffee and tea were not provided.

The bathroom was a bit old, everything else was great!

This is a great property, clean , comfortable, spacious, quiet, near the beach and some lovely restaurants.

The check in process. Not friendly , they require too much . It would be nicer if you give the option if doing the check in at the office where you pick up the keys
