Clean and good location

Very noisy street and sofa bed for the many what I paid

Very spacious and had a lot of charm in the decor. Very well equipped and well thought through, you have the equipment to almost anything you would typically want.

Unfortunately it did have several pockets of awful smells in areas of the house which was super unpleasant. Notably the bathroom and the kitchen area. The floors were also very dirty when we arrived. Unconventionally shaped bathroom that made going to the bathroom challenging. A more functional TV would be been good too - it was small and couldn’t connect a HDMI or Netflix.

Lovely appartment situated in an excellent part of town - very conveniently located for both walking into the beautiful historical centre and for public buses to explore different parts of Cadiz. Nuria, the host, was very friendly and answered our questions very promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, in the middle of the old town and just 10 mins walk from La Caleta beach. Close to everything you could need. Cute, spacious apartment with unique decor. Clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities for self-catering - full oven and washing machine. Lots of atmosphere and windows keep street noise out well when closed. Great communication from the owner to arrange everything and answer any questions.

The only thing we didn't like was that the neighbours played their TV very loudly until after 11 pm. Otherwise, everything was great for us. For those with mobility issues, the steep stairs might be a problem. The bathroom is very compact, and larger guests might find it cramped.

La ubicación

El apartamento regular con algunos detalles a mejorar para el alquiler pero bueno por el precio es pasable además en las fotos que tiene el anuncio salen ese apartamento y otro que no es....,,por otro lado el acceso , escaleras, puertas,paredes y edificio fatal todo muy antiguo ycreo que eso lo deberían poner , porque no está para niños y gente mayor, las escaleras son un peligro, cada tramo de una manera y los escalones con inclinación hacia delante... , sabiendo que esto no depende del propietario sino de la comunidad de vecinos.

La excelente ubicación, cerca del mercado, del supermercado y a un paso de todo lo interesante para ver. Tiene de todo para poder cocinar, no le falta detalle.

La escalera y la puerta de entrada al apartamento ya que es de cristal con verjas. El balcón es decorativo porque no se puede estar en él por su reducido tamaño.

Мы уже третий раз в гостях у Нурии, и совершенно точно не в последний. К моей предыдущей рецензии добавить мне нечего, эти апартаменты - настоящая жемчужина в центре старого Кадиса. Абсолютно всё, от пляжа до центрального рынка, от супермаркетов до таверн и ресторанов - находится максимум в пяти минутах ходьбы. Ещё раз спасибо за прекрасный отдых.
