Excellent location close to Plaza Mayor. Near Carrefour and Aldi for supplies. Kitchen well equipped for self catering.

Quiet location. All clean and in good working order

Whilst the general location is good it is in a courtyard without any views of the city.

Location was superb, and the apartment was clean

Luckily we arrived during office hours and someone came over to let us in, otherwise we would not have been able to access this property. This is a very small apartment, the shower room was the smallest of any apartment I have ever stayed in. The apartment is in a very basic and unprepossessing apartment building at the end of a Callejon which seemed to be used as a urinal, presumably be late night revellers.

We liked the location and the flat. The location was in the heart of Madrid. It was well appointed and efficient. The support team was helpful and worked with us. I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

The directions to the flat were confusing as we were directed to a different flat in the same building. It was obvious that others had this same issue. The owner of the other flat had a note on the door that it was not an AirB&B an to not try to open the door. We eventually fount the correct stairway and flat. The other major issue that we had is that the shower did not drain and started to flood into the bathroom. We were able to catch it before it flooded out of the bathroom and into the bedroom. This is not a new issue as the bedroom floor showed signs of water damage and the wood floor is warped in the bedroom. We were not able to take showers and that was very disappointing as we paid for two nights but due to our scheduling error were only able to stay one. We hope you are able to get the drainage stamen care of to prevent further damage.

Excellent location, very clean, great facilities and superb staff

The appartment is small but very well organised. It was spotlessly clean. Wifi was good. The location is excellent. Very reactive owner. I will stay there again.

I struggled to find the apartment, my fault for not paying attention to the address and got confused with a different street but maybe a short video showing the entrance to the small alley can be helpful for us non Spaniards.
