"Ottimo appartamento, comodo e ben fornito!"

Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti dal mare e dai mezzi di trasporto. Appartamento super fornito e ben pulito, dotato di letti extra. Anche il seggiolone ci è stato molto comodo per la nostra bimba piccola! Infine proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno aspettato per consegnarci le chiavi, ci hanno consigliato dove mangiare, dove noleggiare la bici ecc. Sicuramente lo consiglio!

"Super spędzony czas."

Wszystko. Wszędzie blisko. Dużo miejsc parkingowych. Blisko metro. Blisko plaża. Czysto. Licet, która jest gospodarzem, jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Dużo knajp o barów w okolicy. Blisko sklepy.

Łóżka strasznie skrzypią.

Ubicacion y amabilidad de los anfitriones, era muy amables ya que tube problemas con el coche durante el regreso y me buscaron un taller de confianza, te lo estare eternamente agradecido.

"Sehr schönes Apartment, Empfehlung!"

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft und extrem angenehme Vermieter, die sich Zeit genommen haben alles zu erklären. Gute Lage nicht weit vom Strand und Metro. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden inkl. Waschmaschine, Toaster, Nespressomaschine etc., sogar paar Taschen zum Einkaufengehen. Alles ist top durchgedacht! Die einzige Kleinigkeit ist die walk-in Dusche mit einer recht kurzen Trennwand, so dass viel Wasser rüberspritzt. Die recht enge und steile Treppe ist nichts für Leute mit Einschränkungen oder mit Kinderwagen, für andere ist aber gar kein Problem. Wie andere schreiben, es richt abends nach Essen auf dem Balkon aus dem Imbiss drunter. Ist aber nicht so störend und der Geruch kommt nicht rein ins Apartment trotzt offener Balkontüre. Heizung (Elektroheizgerät) haben wir etwas morgens benutzt. Klimaanlage war nicht notwendig, sieht aber gut aus und im Sommer wird man Sie sicher gut gebrauchen. Gesamt klare Empfehlung!

La ubicación lo que más, a muy poca distancia de la playa de la Malvarrosa. Muy limpio y comodo para dormir y hacer turismo.

Escaleras muy empinadas para subir, por lo que no es apto para todo el mundo. Para 5 igual un poco justo de espacio. El resto muy bien
