Buenisima ubicación y muy buen trato por parte del propietario.

El unico problema que encuentro son las ventanas. No acaban de cerrar bien y transmite bastante ruido tanto de la calle como de los vecinos a través del patio interior.

The only thing I liked about this property was the location.

The pictures shown on the listing where mis leading specially the one showing the exterior of the building, they posted a completely different building that gives you the impression that it is the actual building, but it is not, the apartment building is ran down, it has a musty smell, they tried to cover the smokey-musty smell with deodorizing oil bottles, at least 7 different bottles with 7 different fragrances, it was overwhelming uncomfortable. In addition the lady next door has a couple of kids that cried for at least 2 hours continuously, not a pleasant experience
