Ideal position. In the center of the city, on the restaurants street and 10 min from the beach.

There were no shower gel, no shampoo, no pillow cases and the sheets were stained, so I had to call to get the sheets changed and the pillow cases and had to buy the essentials for the shower and the washing machine. The mattress and the pillows were also quite bad and the cleanliness not great.

3rd floor location was good but above a bar that is the last one to close in town (noisy). balcony view down the alfresco ally was a brief novelty since the sneezing neighbour across the street was a bigger distraction - especially with his guests who were sniffing strange lines of white powder on his dimly lit desk.

The sofa bed came without bed linen and owner refused to resolve this. There was only a spare old pillow with a lumpy filling - resorted to a smelly cushion and late night tv followed by a facedown deep sleep on the beach in the heat of the day - without remembering to get the suntan cream on. should have at least rolled over on alternate days. it now looks like only half of me went on holiday.

The location of the apartment is on a pedestrian street in the centre of the old town so seconds from bars and cafes, and only 5 minutes to the beach. The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, hob and oven and is a good enough size to make your own breakfast and meals. The bathroom is clean and modern. The bed is comfortable and there's lots of storage. This is the perfect base for exploring Alicante. I thought it was good value for money. We loved our stay here and would book it again.

Nothing really. A few kitchen implements missing like scissors but nothing too serious! There are bars below the apartment so take your ear plugs!

Amazing location, lots of restaurants right on it’s doorstep.

Kitchen utensils are not great if you are thinking of cooking in the apartment. Host lacked communication - didn’t respond to messages.

Comfortable apartment. Very nice location in the center of Alicante. Everything is near: central beach, Santa-Barbara castle, many nice bars and restaurants. We have enjoyed staying in this apartment.

Since the apartment located on the central street, where many bars are located, it could be little bit noisy in the night.
