apartment was beautiful an central to all shops,bars an restaurants, brilliant facilities in the apartment too,thank you an ill definitely book the apartment again

there was bin areas for your rubbish,had to walk down the street a bit to discard rubbish

The location was excellent, easy to rich the city centre. Usually we take the breakfast at home , shopping in the supermarket, just 2 min walking .....

Great location, previous comments regarding washing machine new washer dryer installed and new microwave, only issue door is very stiff had to lift slightly to lock.

Ants I understand there has been issues in past but they did get on my nerves.

The apartment is in a very good location. Very central for bars, restaurants and the beach. Nice complex and friendly neighbours.

We only stayed one night as we had an issue with the safety of the stairs. The apartment was advertised as luxury but certainly wasn’t. The photos made it look so much nicer than it actually was. The kitchen cupboards were full of used condiments etc and had a dirty oily smell. The apartment was very tired and had really bad sofa and outdoor furniture was terrible. The pool has no sunloungers. We advised the lady that we had checked out and told her why. At first she was very understanding and helpful. We were offered a partial refund which I considered to be fair but the next day she reduced the offer. I eventually got the refund from booking.com who were very helpful. The LUXURY description has now been removed from the listing on booking.com. I would not advise anyone to book this apartment there are much nice accommodations in Caleta.
