Third visit to this apartment. Love the location, couldn't be any more central to everywhere. No fighting for sunloungers so can go any time of the day and loungers always available at 1 euro per person per day. Apartment is bright, spacious, very clean and modern. Has comfortable beds, air conditioning, very large wrap around balcony with amazing views and even a reclining sofa on one side of the balcony. Washer, and other facilities. Nothing not to like! Peter the host is very reliable and communitcive.

Stairs to top floor very tight, showers were decent but could be nicer

Le logement offre une vue imprenable sur la mer, idéale pour se détendre au rythme apaisant des vagues. Spacieux et parfaitement équipé, l’appartement allie confort et fonctionnalité. Sa situation géographique est également un atout majeur, et pour ceux qui disposent d’un véhicule, de nombreuses places de stationnement sont disponibles à proximité — un vrai plus pour faciliter votre séjour. L'hôte est très réactive en cas de soucis.

L’appartement est équipé de deux lits séparés, ce qui peut ne pas convenir aux couples en quête de confort. De plus, la literie mériterait d’être améliorée, car les lits ne sont pas particulièrement confortables. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que l’appartement n’était pas propre, ce qui a été décevant et a impacté notre première impression. Un nettoyage plus rigoureux avant l’arrivée des locataires serait vivement recommandé. Préparer les repas s’est avéré compliqué : à chaque fois que nous utilisions simultanément le four et les plaques de cuisson, les plombs sautaient, ce qui rendait la cuisine difficile. De plus, les plaques chauffent lentement, ce qui allonge considérablement le temps de cuisson.

The property is a great size for 2 - the pool (2 pools) one for the kids (shallow) is fantastic and a great temperature. 1 euro for a sunbed for the day, I guess this means you’ll more than likely get one, if just want a day at the pool. Towel change if staying for a week and bins collected - which is fab. A lot to like, with fantastic views.

It would be great if they offered ,for a supplement, an aircon unit in the hotter months ? The bar/restaurant, has no personality - similar with the staff. You have to navigate a menu through QR code - so better to go spend your hard earned cash outside. Their loss. Apartment block and lifts are a bit dated but that’s just being fussy

Die Lage war super und man hat alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren immer erreichbar und die Kommunikation mit Carmen war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Parkplatz gehört mit zur Anlage. Sehr hilfreich. Die Einrichtung bietet alles was man braucht. Das Bett war bequem, die Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei und die Waschmaschine tut ihren Job. Ein größerer Wäscheständer wäre hilfreich. Aber ich empfehle die Unterkunft zu 100%!

La limpieza del apartamento muy justa, sobre todo baño y cocina La ducha está antigua y le hace falta cambiar el suelo para qye sea más higiénico En la cocina había poco platos, vasos y cubiertos, había solo una sartén, la cafetera sin asa, se lo comunicamos a Victor pero el administrador nunca se puso en contacto con nosotros Las sábanas estaban con manchas y eran pequeñas para la cama de matrimonio Creemos que son detalles fáciles de cubrir , esto es lo que hace diferente a un apartamento de otro

Odlična lokacija in izjemen pogled, zelo prijazen lastnik in hitra odzivnost. Kljub poznemu prihodu so nas ključi čakali na recepciji. Zelo priporočam najem tega apartmaja. Zelo prostoren apartma z vso potrebno opremo.
