A little bit small

Central location, comfortable bed

The owner was too careless, indifferent & irresponsible regarding my check-in. They sent no entry instructions proactively, and I had to text them the late night before to find out. Upon arrival at the property at the appointed time, I phoned them to get the code to open the key lock as instructed, but they did not answer my phone call for at least 30 minutes, leaving me stranded in the street & in the dark. After getting through to them on the phone, I still had to continue paying for the international call for the owner to guide me up to this studio on the second floor (No elevator!), which has a foul sewer odor from the toilet that permeates the entire room. The refrigerator right in front of bed is very loud and has to be turned off in order to sleep. Even more annoying were the aggressive mosquitos which bit me all over for the entire night. I stayed at 6 different hotels/properties on El Hierro, and this is the only one I cannot wait to depart from.
