The owner says in the advertisement that there is somebody meeting the guests. That is a lie. He contacted me using what's up, but I do not have Internet on my mobile phone. So I waited on the road for two hours not knowing the exact address of the property. The owner has switched off his phone and haven't picked up. Finally he answered the phone and explained that the keys are in a hole in the window. The place is dirty, it smells of cigarettes and it is also very noisy.

Location

The place was very dirty. Even they collect the cleaning fee but I guess the house was not cleaned for several days. There were lots of dustballs and hairs in the corner of every room. And the comforter has stained a lot. We can't use hot water in one bathroom, so some of us took a shower with cold water. And the washing machine..... we tried to use it (we even looked for the user's manual on web) but it is very hard to figure out how to use it. There was not detergent for dishwasher.

Jose was the most helpful host, really attentive during our stay and when I left something behind he was so helpful with getting it back to me. The property itself is so spacious, clean and located in a fantastic area

In old town. The apartment looked recently totally renovated and was decorated and equiped quite well.

The apartment was very dirty, especially the floor and the bathroom. The floor of the whole house was not swept, the bathroom was very dirty and when we arrived we saw that the toilet had hair in it. The apartment conditions are good but cleanliness has to be improved.

Everything was disgusting. False advertising for everything. disabled facility had 6 stairs to climb to reach the door. Kitchen facility had nothing that worked the plug was an open whole very dangerous! No soap or anything in the bathroom. The shower door almost fell on my head. The dining table had a loose leg almost fell on my 85 years old mother. The beds were very uncomfortable with no cover mattress just a thin sheet over it. But most of all not least the clutches were peeling so bad that the floor was covered with a thin layer of white plastic dust. they covered there couches with a bed cover that needed to be washed badly. That place was the hell on earth! a veritable scam. Booking.com should be more careful to offer us places like this.

Location was good. The apartment was client and the kitchen was usable and well stocked.
