Good: Close proximity, walking distance, to the beach, tons of restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was clean for the most part except for one of the bed linens had a blood stain on it. The balcony was nice to sit on with a view of the ocean.

Bad: The hot water had a mind of its own. It gets burning hot and then the hot water runs before you are able to regulate the temperature in order to shower. If you have multiple people who need to shower around the same time, good luck. The stove does not work. Check-in to the apartment was not flexible. We requested check-in an hour early although the apartment was already cleaned and ready for the next tenant we were not permitted to enter. Although all the host had to do was remotely open the door for us, the host elected to make us wait outside the building for an hour. We had a lot of luggage and would have been helpful to check in a bit early.

The location close to the beach was perfect and having separate rooms and bathrooms was great for this family trip.

The oven took some time to figure out how to turn on and we were lacking a spatula other than that we really had about everything we needed!

Small bedroom had no window

Great location. Good balcony. Well equipped. Great facilities for washing and drying clothes.

Wardrobe was a bit smelly which turned out to be because of a blanket. I moved the blanket and it improved. Shower doesn’t hold much hot water.

That the sun doesn’t come on the balcony before half past three. The portero (the facility manager of the building), who told us where to go and where to eat.

It is a sad thing that more and more platforms squeeze themselves between the customers and the owners. Service is definitely not improving. Christine met us on her way to the gym. There was one huge pan with lid, so we asked for more. They brought us two new pans and one lid. On our next question, why only one lid, we got the answer: commentó. But, the bedroom has a window coming out on some kind of air shaft, which runs from ground floor to the highest floor. It works like the tubes in a professional speaker, it magnifies the sound. And some people have a television in their bedroom running till 3 in the morning. On the back of your bedroom there is a building plot, where the workers start at seven working in the building next to this plot. The bars and restaurants dispose of their garbage late at night when closing in the garbage bins. And these lids make a lot of noise, when the lid comes down.
