Spirit of Mojacar

I loved the location close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment has plenty of space either indoor and outdoor. Good storage and comfortable bed and sofa-bed. Bright space with natural daylight. Large fridge and the commodity of a washing machine in the kitchen with an anexo patio area to dry the laundry. Good selection of kitchenware. Good water pressure for taps. A bin in the bathroom. Cosy sofa and beautiful furniture. Lots if mirrors. Excellent WiFi signal and good TV. Large dinning tables. Beautiful swimming pool and grass area with lots of free sunbeds. Easy check-in and check-out. Free parking. Lift to the apartment. The host was very attentive and offered local information and checked on us during our stay. We felt very welcomed. We definitely recommend this place and we thought it was a good value.

It was a shame that having that much space, the apartment had only one bedroom. Although the additional outdoor space made possible, everybody felt comfortable. A few details that let down the place somehow: for example, in the kitchen, wooden tools for cooking, not very hygienic, lack of a lighter for candles ( we bought one), missing a few essentials such as coffee, tea, sugar, cleaning liquid for the floor. We appreciated the large tables for dinning but it was too much 3 large tables in an apartment that can only host 4 people because only has one bedroom. We arrived on a Sunday and there wasn't any shower gel, only hand soap. Towels were a grey dark colour, what it isn't the best choice when you want to highlight cleaningles. However, we thought everything was very clean. The toilet had an occuar location, it could be more convenient if it was positioned were the bidet was. The sink didn't have a drawer, only an underneath shelf, which it made hard to put and take things from there. The water was difficult to regulate it, coming out too hot sometimes. The WiFi password was shown everywhere, but they forgot to write the network name, so we had to make a guess to find out which one was. We could park in a unloading area because the place wasn't full occupancy, but we found the indoor parking a bit tricky, we couldn't find the parking lot assigned to our apartment. The access gate to park was a very steep road. As said, we felt very comfortable in this place, but there's still room for improvement to be excellent. We mentioned things that we thought were missing because we found were provided in other holiday places we've visited.

Everything- great location with everything we needed. Very comfortable and large bed - excellent for tall husband! 1st time to Mojacar and the apartment is in a great location- easy access to beach and restaurants

El piso genial, amplio, limpio, bien equipado, la urbanización perfecta, con piscina y todo muy limpio y cuidado, la ubicación aunque no está muy lejos de la playa está en la ladera de un cerro y es necesario el uso de vehículo o de una buena sudada
