Silencioso e limpo. As duas divisões (cozinha/quarto e casa de banho) são bastante espaçosas.

A proximidade ao centro é relativa. Os sítios mais relevantes para visita ficam em média a uma meia hora de caminhada mas há transportes a menos de 5 minutos de distância.
