Apartamento con terraza en la Magalona

Отличное расположение: рядом магазины, кафе и удобная парковка, отличный вид из окна. Район спокойный и приятный для прогулок.

Квартира немного уставшая: мебель и полки скрипят, местами отходит краска. Уборка была, но скорее поверхностная - в некоторых местах оставалась пыль, а часть полотенец имела пятна. Диван в зале выглядел не очень чисто. В шкафу чувствовался неприятный запах, сушилка и зеркало в ванной уже требуют обновления. На фото в объявлении квартира выглядела лучше - некоторых деталей не хватало.

Cómodo para nuestra instancia para 4 personas. La comunicación con el propietario de diez. La ubicación perfecta a la mitad para visitar los puntos más importantes de toda la isla. Sin duda nos alojaremos en el mismo sitio el próximo año.

No puedo poner ningún pero, nos gustó todo.

Brak wentylatora oraz brak informacji na temat obchodzenia się z zamkiem do drzwi wejściowych (dopiero sprzątaczka pokazała nam jak poprawnie otwierać i zamykać drzwi, po zaklinowaniu się klucza w zamku)

Очень удобное расположение, вид на океан сбоку, было пару кастрюль тарелок и лопаток, но все же многого не хватало, такого как масло, соль, перец.

Когда заехали стоял неприятный запах, выветрился через пару дней, пол и ванная были в жиру и немного грязи

Already second time with this owner in this building. Everything is nice! Good apartment, good location to reach any place on Tenerife. Nice weather not hot, not cold ! Supermarket is downstairs.

Price to quality range is perfect!

Limpieza, ubicación, aparcamiento fácil, zona tranquila, supermercados cerca y acceso a la carretera fácil y rápido, conexión wifi y televisor grande. Además, este apartamento tiene balcón

Por decir algo, tiene lo básico en utensilios de cocina, aunque tiene horno, microondas y hervidor. Lo que sí destaco en comparación con el otro apartamento es que éste no tiene infusiones y no encontramos por ningún lado el mando del televisor

The location suited us, although there is not a very good beach nearby for swimming. We didn't mind that, we always rent a car and drive all over the island - alternating different beaches with trips to the mountains and the like. The apartment is rather small, ideal for two, but we also fit in well with two children (9 and 13 years old). Kuchyň a její vybavení bylo úplně dostačující pro čtyři lidi. Dělali jsme si snídaně i večeře každý den. The neighborhood was quiet, only occasionally in the evening you could hear a conversation from the apartment next door. It was good to be able to buy food and hygiene products in the supermarket on site. About ten minutes walk is a beautiful historic square with cafes nearby and a thousand-year-old wire fence - a small botanical garden is definitely worth a visit, go there in the morning, it could be very crowded in the afternoon.

The bed in the bedroom is only 140 cm wide, I think. It could have been wider. There was also only one duvet for each bed (one in the bedroom and the other on the couch), but luckily it was really big. The second bed, sofa for children, was not so comfortable, as we supposed.

Next to the shop, clean & comfy , host very helpful.

There was no hot water for showers throughout our entire stay, which was especially difficult during Christmas. The water was far too cold for showers, which is a crucial comfort during the winter season and a key reason for choosing this accommodation. Although they purchased a new boiler, it still wasn’t functioning.

+ Good location for traveling to both sides of the island. + Free and easy parking. + Big grocery store in the same building. + Easy check in (It's a lockbox and not a person waiting for you as stated in the offer. Be prepared to WhatsApp them the copy of your ID.)

- The apartment's equipment was quite limited. Designed for four people, it came with exactly four cups, four glasses, four forks, and, oddly, only two coffee pods. A slight improvement to the kitchen's amenities, such as the addition of basic seasonings like salt and pepper, would be greatly appreciated. - There wasn't enough sleeping linen for all guests and we had to use our sleeping bags.

Super clean, had everything we needed and well located in a lovely town. The beds were also very comfy.

Nothing, it was great. Others said it wasn't clean but it was super clean.
