Ramón, el anfitrión es un encanto. Nos facilitó todo a pesar de llegar un poco más tarde de la hora de entrada. Nos enseñó todo el apartamento y comprobó con nosotros que todo estaba bien. El apartamento, a pesar de estar en un edificio bastante antiguo, está totalmente reformado, muy bonito y camas y almohadas muy cómodas.

Tal vez el vecindario, un poco ruidoso pero totalmente soportable.

"El lugar perfecto para alojarse en Valencia"

Todo, muy bien equipado, funcional, acogedor, cómodo. Muy bien ubicado, a dos calles de la playa, con ascensor, buena calefacción, armario grande y espacio en las habitaciones, patio con tendedero, cocina bien equipada, dos neveras, congelador, hasta nos pusieron el menú de la tele en italiano, nuestro idioma! Secador de pelo con difusor. Muchas mantas, cojines…Mercadona muy cerca, parada del bus para el centro, también. El anfitrión muy amable y disponible.
