Casa María Apartamento Centrico con Terraza

We arrived late due to delays therefore check in time was later. However Isa could not have been more patient and welcoming when we arrived. After a long day to be welcomed with a smile was really appreciated. The apartment was much bigger than expected and absolutely beautiful. It had everything you need for a short or longer stay and had lots of home from home touches e.g. - full kitchen including washing machine, large fridge (with welcome pack of ice cold water) coffee machine and every type of appliance and accessories you'd need. The terrace overlooking the square was lovely. Lots of local information provided at the property too. We loved the family photographs and the real homely vibe. It was also spotlessly clean and 2 bathrooms and an extra terrace off the main bedroom were another welcome surprise. The location is perfect with some immediate tapas bars, restaurants and amenities right outside of the door. Perfecto in every way.

Everything. From the help we got finding the car park to the location. The apartment itself is spacious and has literally everything we needed.

That we only got to stay 4 nights

This must be the best apartment we have stayed in over the years. It is very well-equipped, stylishly furnished, everything works. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped, with ample cooking utensils and pans including several SHARP knives. Plenty of plates and glasses. Various basics such as salt, teabags, cooking oil were available for use. Flat is spacious and has a south-facing balcony overlooking the pedestrianised square, which gives plenty of visual entertainment throughout the day. Being on the 4th floor there is a good view across the rooftops to local church Nuestra Señora de Los Remedios. Parking is best in the multi-storey under the square, costs 1 euro during day, 2 euro during night, sometimes had to wait a few minutes to get in. Flat is very central with bars and restaurants in and around the square but impact of noise was minor/negligible. Good supermarkets within walking distance. Estepona is a great place to visit with flower and tree-filled clean streets and it felt a warm and welcoming place.

We arrived very late, but the owners were fully aware of that and said that someone would be there to let us into the apartment. However, we had to wait at least half an hour before someone came, which was not satisfactory after our long journey.

Location excellent, apartment was well equiped and working order.
