"Good location but needs improvement"

The location was great and the apartment is spacious with almost all necessary appliances.

We were 6 people and all of us got the feeling that the bed sheets are not very clean, we could see hair on the sheets and pillows which is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Stains could be seen on the sheets as well. We also had to wash all the dishes before using them, as they had not been cleaned properly. The showers need some renovation soon, as the floor had become yellow and a bit unpleasant. There weren´t any kettles or coffee makers in the apartment, which is quite strange (besides this, the kitchen had all other necessary appliances). The host suggested parking in a nearby public parking which was 18 euros per night (quite expensive). We found a much cheaper parking just a block away (I wish someone had told us this in advance).
