La ubicación

El piso estaba mal acabado, para el precio que tenía, la verdad que era bastante ñeh. Fue bonito hace tiempo pero ahora no le vendría mal una reforma o renovar cosas como las toallas Pero lo peor sin duda fueron las cucarachas Entendemos que en Levante hay más que en otros lados, pero en el piso había bastantes, fue muy desagradable, de hecho una se nos metió en la maleta

Location was ok.

The apartment is so much worse than pictured. It was dirty and old and a bit disgusting. We just wanted to leave. Noisy and extensive construction work in the building didn't help :( For this price it's not worth it. Way too expensive for this tiny, worn out studio. 

The location was perfect close to all amenities .The apartment was dirty cold and very basic there was a large hole maybe a meter deep in front lobby the key gets stuck in apartment door and without the help of the bar staff from across the riad i was locked out The host was polite and pleasant , but the apartment is not the one in the pictures as the decor and lightfittings are diffrent imoved to a better apartment and would not recomend this place

Almost everything except location

Nice host, great location. Good value for money.

Bed linens seemed used and not washed after previous visitors. It does not look fresh and we found someone else’s hair on the bed sheet. There was also no duvet cover (only another sheet that served as a protective layer between us and the blanket that was most aparently used by other people and not washed). Otherwise, the apartment overall was clean and fine though - that’s why it seemed weird to us.

everything is great.

the mattress should be changed, lying down.

Very good location, few steps to the seaside. Good value for money.
