"Wonderfull litte appartment with great location!"

Perfect location away from the buzz of the old town (15 min. walk). Very quiet and safe area, right by Alameda de Hercules. Great terrace. Stayed in the loft for 28 days, no issues whatsoever. Very well equiped kitchen as I cooked most of the times. City buses will take you anywhere in town and to other places like italica or Carmona. Rafa was very attentive and helpfull at all times.

Typical of Spain, you will occasionnally hear people going out and coming in late at night, all part of travelling!

Very cozy apartment! Well located close to Alameda Hercules and the city center.

Be aware that the stairs to the lower floor (bath & bedroom) are quite narrow and steep.
