Villas Guzman - Apartamento Bellissimo

The view of El Portet bay and the Peñon d'Ifach are superb from the large 2nd floor balcony. Well situated for a short walk to El Portet beach. There is plenty of storage in the apartment (but not enough hangers.) A couple of good frying pans - only mentioned because the rest of the kitchen equipment was poor.

The apartment has a road in front of the balcony. Whilst not very busy ( in January) it could be noisy at times. The parking space was small and not secure. The apartment needs a thorough deep clean and maintenance check as there are several faulty or broken items, including balcony door fastenings, faulty sockets, etc. The second shower was unusable as there was no hot water to it and the water pressure was very poor. This was reported and should be fixed. The rear twin bedroom only has an internal window and no overhead lighting. Some of the crockery was cracked, chipped or dirty. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. It was difficult to cook anything other than a very basic meal. E.g. nothing to microwave food in. No cleaning materials except a tiny amount of washing up liquid and one dishwasher tablet. There was no plug or bowl for the sink so you have to do everything under running water. The double bed was very firm indeed. The bedding was a thin, tatty quilt sandwiched between 2 sheets which weren't big enough and shifted around a lot.

Superb location near El Portet beach and a great balcony from which to enjoy the October sunshine!

The property would benefit from a deep and thorough clean.

What a location. Looking straight out into the bay

Great communication from apartment management, and all staff were friendly and very helpful. Apartment Location is unbeatable, and the views from the balcony are stunning. Only a short walk down to the beach and only a few minutes walk into moraira centre. The apartment is fairly modern, clean, and has everything you will need. An added bonus to this apartment is the second bathroom, especially when travelling as a family

Parking bay is exceptionally shallow, so difficult to fit a larger car into. However, this was overcome by parking at an angle. There is no lockbox to secure the apartment key in, and only 1 key is provided. No problem if you are 1 group, but it causes access issues if the group is going off separately

The view!!!!! Simply stunning!!! Right near to a beautiful quiet beach. Clean and had all the things we needed for a stay like hairdryer, ironing board etc. Large balcony.

The road it's on is noisey. The flats are noisey so we were woken up sometimes by the people upstairs walking around or moving stuff. Beds were very hard.

Our second time staying at this cute apartment. It's in the most amazing location, right on the sea front with incredible 180 degree views. The balcony is the place to chilll, relax and enjoy the incredible sea and coastal views. The master bedroom has a comfortable King-size bed, the other two bedrooms have single beds. The kitchen is well equipped. Both shower rooms are small but very functionable. A two minute walk to the gorgeous El Portet beach and a 10 minute stroll along the stunning coastal road to Moraira. One car parking space outside the apartment. The management company were lovely to communicate with, super organised and helpful. 100% happy to recommend this apartment! you will not be disappointed.

Maybe a basic larder could be provided? Salt and pepper, oil, kitchen roll etc?

Clean, spacious… and the balcony views!!! Location, location, location!!! It is a stone throw from El Portet beach and a gentle walk into Moraira. Highly recommend.
