We have mixed opinions. It is in a good location, has a good apartment size, and a helpful lady collected a 300-euro deposit from us.

Not all the linen seemed fresh. Few towels smell dump. The sofa covers in the living room smell wrong. The apartment was generally clean but there are small ants in the living room. Lighting in most of the rooms/kitchen was difficult/terrible (ice white halogens or not working side bed lamp) Some appliances were old (kettle) or not working (both lamps in the kitchen hood) No home care product to clean the table, toilet, floor, nothing etc. Centrally in front of the main window, there is a restaurant fume that makes noise and brings a fishy smell. There is an electric water tank; thus, we paid additionally ca. EUR 25 for 6 days of electricity for 4 of us (We did not turn the AC on even once thus expect much more in the summer). We also did not like the lack of privacy in the apartment. A lady living below the apartment constantly monitored our moves and kept her door open all the time, cooking, etc. We did not feel ok.
