Amazing facilities

Very clean Apartment and close to the Center. The host was very helpful. Apartment also had all necessary facilities in the kitchen for the stay.

10/10 apartment and host. The check in was very easy. The apartment was stocked with everything you could need. It was super comfortable and extremely clean! The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The host was very accommodating and responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. I couldn’t recommend this place any more!

No breakfast, bad location, no one to contact about problems.

Only double bed made up with a thin cover and no other bedding in entire apartment - as I was travelling with my daughter, we were not going to be sleeping in the same bed - I gave her the bed and ended up sleeping on the sofa, over a thin sofa throw, with a towel over me for the entire seven nights - there was a sofa bed but we couldn't manage to get it out and no instructions, and no bedding for it anyway. Was cold some nights under the towel. Also, there was a constant creaking from above - sounded like a creaky bed but must have been pipes as did not let up - on 24/7 and I couldn't sleep for it - would have driven me mad had I stayed any longer. Blind to balcony broken and balcony too small to have two chairs out on. Apartment very small - adequate for two but would be too small for any more. Was cold some nights and no bedding. Apartment could only be reached by going up about 30 marble steps - no lift - and during our stay lights in hallway and two flights of stairs failed so had to go up using light from phone. - Stayed in apartment 52D, No cutlery in entire apartment, broken kettle, broken blind - mite like insects everywhere, even in cupboard in cups, cockroach in bathroom, had to eat out all the time. Nothing in area - had to take taxis everywhere - no info given on anything, trips, area, etc - no way to contact owner - email bounced back. Couldn't get English TV - daughter disappointed. Couldn't get lockbox open on way back - tried 7-8 times, so left keys at reception. Owner called me at home and argued about this - rude - but eventually admitted that lockbox sticks. Miserable stay - may stay in Fuerteventura in the future but would pick somewhere more central and also stay in hotel as more recourse if not acceptable / need to be moved.
