Situación boa e fácil aparcamento . Boa temperatura ao estar baixo terra. Electrodomésticos de todo tipo.

Falta de mantemento (enchufe descolgado, dispensadores baleiros). Entrada e escaleiras en obras (alicatando) sen aviso previo, e obreiros desde as 8,00 traballando. Non se anuncia que é un semisoto sen ningunha ventá á rúa. Sabas de tamaño máis pequeno do que corresponde na cama principal. Pouca menaxe e resposto de Sabas/toallas para 5 días.
