It is easy to contact with the hosts. David's instructions about the house and car parking was clear. Not far away from the city centre. Reasonable choice when consodered the price and interest. Car parking was additional plus. Moreover, we had two cars, David found us a place on the street which is ok and safe. We have not experienced any bad thing. I can recommend it two young people, families with small kids. Underground car parking safe and easy even for an SUV.

May be some more fresh air in the room. But I may understand that it is risky to open the windows bevause of the cold wearher.

Amazing view from the highest floor of the building, you can see whole Granada and Sierra Nevada, nice quiet neighborhood, parking in the private garage in the building

Owner gave us a full tour of the apartment, including how to enter the building, garage etc. it could have been confusing but it was made easy. Apartment is lovely, some lovely decorative touches make it feel homely. Fully equipped kitchen with some lovely biscuits and juices left. Balcony lovely to sit on. Shower great, hot water. Bedrooms nice. A great location for viewing Cirque du soleil in the stadium a 10 minute walk away. All in all excellent.
