Apartamento amplo (camas confortáveis) e com boa localização. Embora não sendo no centro, fica a uma distância fácil de percorrer a pé.

O apartamento precisa de algumas melhorias (pouco material na cozinha; forras dos sofás manchadas). Achamos o estacionamento muito difícil de usar; inclinação excessiva e muito estreito. Optamos por estacionar na rua.
