Very comfortable apartment and had everything you would need, plenty of shops and restaurants around the corner. Rob was an excellent host, he met us very late in the night and made us feel very welcome.

There is a beach near the property but the very nice beach is about 20 min walk, however we liked the walk and there was plenty to see on the way, there are also lots of taxis near the apartment if you don’t want to walk.

Great location. The appartment has recently undergone extensive refurbishment. It is well appointed, spacious and practical. Very quiet and peaceful area. Comfortable firm memory foam mattresses on the beds.

The dated exterior, the stairwell and elevator which belongs in a museum! Once inside the apartment it is like a different world! The outside is maintained and very clean though!

Special congratulations to the cleaning person! Upon our arrival we were very happy to see how clean the apartment was and how everything (beds covers, towels and the apartment itself) smelled nicely. Communication with the host was very pleasant and we could count on prompt replies to our messages. The apartment is nice and spacious, perfect for a child to play around. The balcony is wonderful. The equipment is fantastic! The location allows an easy access to pick up services for Siam Park, Aqualand, Jungle Park, Loro Parque... Close by, there is a supermarket, a grocery store open 24h, bars and restaurants.

One improvement could be made= the bathroom door and the bigger bedroom door make loud squeaky noise, it could wake up a sleeping person... My sister ended up using the balcony door to get out of and in to the bedroom when her baby was sleeping. We didn't like the closest beach=Los Cristianos because we are used to the white sand and the sand there was grey but the surrounding is actually a nice place. The location allows an easy access to pick up services for Siam Park, Aqualand, Jungle Park, Loro Parque...
