Casa Blanca - Sea View - First Line

We spent a total of five nights in this lovely holiday apartment, located right on the seafront in the very first row. The property is part of a small, quiet, and well-maintained complex, which seems to be shared by both private owners and tourists – though I can't say for sure. Overall, the complex was very compact, peaceful, and extremely clean. The highlight of the apartment was definitely the beautiful, lushly planted balcony with a stunning view of the sea. Sitting out there truly felt like a dream. Just in front of the balcony was a well-kept, fairly large pool, which we usually had all to ourselves. From the pool area, you could walk straight onto the promenade, and a few steps led down to the beach – everything was within easy walking distance. Honestly, the location couldn’t have been better. Now, regarding our arrival, the apartment itself, and the host: The check-in didn’t go entirely smoothly, but the issue was resolved relatively quickly. The host was only briefly on site to hand over the keys – I would have liked to ask a few questions, but there wasn’t much time for that. He did bring a few rolls of toilet paper and was friendly overall. All in all, if I return to Gran Canaria and stay in the south again, I would absolutely book this wonderful apartment again because of the location and the incredible view.

There were just a few small things that could be improved: After a long, hot drive, it would have been really nice to have a bottle of water waiting for us. There was also no shower gel, shampoo, or laundry detergent provided – which we missed a bit, as we had been spoiled by our previous stays in the north and in the mountains, where everything had been fully stocked. It wasn’t a huge issue, since the nearest supermarket was only a three-minute walk away. However, the bed linen in the bedroom unfortunately didn’t smell very fresh – I’m quite sensitive to scents, so I ended up placing a towel over the pillow. Despite these minor points, the stay was absolutely lovely – the combination of location, view, and tranquility made it nearly perfect.

Two things to improve an awesome place to bee even more awesome; - a little table by the sofa - warm white lighting (bedroom has warm lighting and is super cosy)

WE often rent apartments or studios on our holydays, and Casablanca turned out to be the best ever. Fantastic and calm location. We felt like a home away from home. Nice poolarea, As this is a private owned apartment, there is no reception or cleaning , but a modern and fully equiped apartment Perfect for longer stays.

Found it a bit difficult to open the doors with the keys, Keycards or a code would have been better. Why about 200 german TV channels ;-) Not much choice in other languages. Still we did not go there to watch TV

Very good position next to the ocean, you can hear the waves. Nice and clean apartment, with new kitchen. AC works great, the balcony is a flower wonder. The host was frienldy and was waiting for us with cool water and beer. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is well quipped with washing machine and hair dryer. We tried to leave the place as clean as we have found it!

The pool is closing a bit early but there is the ocean like two minutes away so that is not a problem.
