Great location

Everything was perfect

The owner was very nice. They gave us his garage in the building which was very convenient for day trips. Car was right out of the elevator always in the shade, nice and cold for the use. The property is very well located near the beach for every day walks and the nice dinners out. All very nice. No problems with the landlord, picking up the keys and handover was seamless.

Only one thing we disliked, was the bed in one of the bedrooms which caused us some back pain in the mornings.

Pool area nice, have to pay for beds and an umbrella. Shop and doctors underneath were the highlight for us.

When we first arrived the lady who met us was not very happy and quite rude, she said she had been waiting for 3 hours but I was asked to send the flight details and to text when I left the airport which I did but that wasn't acceptable and I felt I had to keep apologising. They had forgotten that we had asked for a bed for our daughter and we basically got thrown the sheets to make up the sofa for her. We were then told we could leave at whatever time on the Tuesday so we arranged our transport around that we then received a text the night before at 7pm to say we would have to leave by 10pm. The overall place is quite shabby and needs a bit of care to it, advertised as having a bedroom but it's all just one room with a bathroom. The bars on the next street are so loud that you have to close every window and even then can still hear them going on until 3am so wouldn't advise anyone with young kids to stay there

Beautiful view of the ocean, well-maintained, clean apartments.

The floor below was undergoing renovations, it was a little noisy in the morning
