Неймовірно приємний власник помешкання. Дуже швидко відповідав та допомагав з дрібними незручностями, які траплялись під час нашого перебування. Гарний вид з вікна, доступ до басейну комплексу, чудова локація, всього 7 хвилин до моря, а на сусідній вулиці є ресторани й бари для проведення вечорів. Ми залишились максимально задоволеними

La urbanización donde se encuentra el apartamento estaba muy bien y limpia. La piscina excelente y el agua no estaba fría

No hay aire acondicionado en la habitación como se muestra en las fotos (está en el salón). Y en su lugar hay un ventilador de techo, que no da casi aire. Mobiliario bastante antiguo y el sofá incómodomisimo para sentarse en el.

El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades, está a unos 10 min andando de la playa y está limpio. Además, Carlos es muy educado y amable, dispuesto a ayudar en lo que este en su mano para que la estancia sea lo más perfecta posible.

Está a unos 10 min andando del supermercado/sitio más cercano para comprar algo de comer, porque es una zona muy residencial.

La tranquilidad de la zona y especialmente que el apartamento está muy completo, cuidando el mínimo detalle.

Сподобалося абсолютно усе! Гарна, повноцінна квартира з усім необхідним для навіть довготривалого життя (до найменьшої дрібнички)! Що нас особливо вразило, так це наявність продуктової сумки на колещатах. Це дуже зручно, особливо якщо ти без автомобіля, а неподалік знаходиться великий супермаркет в якому є все. За рахунок 10 поверху відкривається чудовий краєвид. Дім розташований у закритому комплексі з басейном та гарним ландшафтом. Завдяки цьому безпека забезпечена. Район тихий, спокійний, підтримує атмосферу відпочинку. Неподалік чудовий пляж. Взагалі, Сан-Хуан став нашим відкриттям і зайняв 1 місце в рейтингу місця для відпочинку в Європі. Шикарний пляж, шикарне море в тихому містечку поряд з Аліканте. І все це враження завдяки чудовим апартаментам та доброзичливому властнику Карлосу

В апартаментах все добре, а ось на пляжу немає туалетів. Це сумно.

We are super happy! The apartment is in a great location in an urbanización near San Juan beach and it’s so easy to take the tram to the center of Alicante. Carlos gave us the warmest welcome. He’s such a kind host and very responsive. The apartment is lovely and very practical, and you can tell that Carlos and his wife thought of every detail when they designed it. The view is amazing, and you can open the sliding doors to enjoy a semi-open balcony. The pool was really nice too, and it never felt too crowded. Plus, you need a key to enter, so only residents have access. The private car park is gated, feels very safe. When we're ever in Alicante again, we'll be staying here again!

Honestly can't think of anything!

The owner of the apartment was simply fantastic, very communicative and responsive. The location is perfect - beach is a few minutes a way as well as the train to the downtown of Alicante. Views from the balcony are gorgeous. It is a very simple, older apartment for a very budget friendly stay in, in my opinion, the best beach and area in Alicante with wonderful host.

I think people used to smoke in this apartment so it has that stale smell that remains in the place. Good thing is that you can always leave all balcony windows open. The bedsheets and towels had that disturbing smell and I rewashed towels and bedsheets several times to somewhat get rid of that smell that made me a bit nauseous. I would suggest owners to possibly replace towels and bedsheets to new ones and invest in more comfortable pillows. Otherwise- loved the location, area, free parking in the locked building area!
