We loved the location and the feel of the apartment. Comfortable 🛏 and very nice and clean.

location. its only less than 100 meter from the beach, though its quite crowded beach/restaurant area. i think all around of Playa Blance is busy and full of people, hotel, restaurants. its the flat without balcony but still you could see the sea(a bit) with big window. Maria explained the location, how to access to the flat very well. we have no problem to find it and get the key(in the key box next to the entrance door).

toilet. - the restroom is clean, modern and shower booth also ok, but we could heard the water drop in the toilet bowl in the first night. we had adjusted the flush a bit and made them stop, but need to care to flush the toilet afterwards.

We liked the proximity to cafés and the sea. It was quite a quiet courtyard situation with a palm and just a step off the promenade and main pedestrian precinct in both directions. It was spacious and very clean.

I had very scant directions from the service provider regarding parking and roads and had not been informed about the pedestrian precinct so much time was spent going up and down the road, of the same name, to the port and back. The apartment could do with upgrading but was very clean. A note about wi-fi connection and how items function would have been useful, along with a street map of Playa Blanca.

This apartment was for us very hard to locate. Even the locals we asked including a postman couldn’t pinpoint it. FYI it is in front of Dino Supermarket but the front green access door is down an alley and directly behind Casa Pedro restaurant. Our phone battery was running down and our mobile data also as we searched . We had to go to sit in a nearby cafe to use their internet. Contacted owners through Booking.com re the access code. Eventually they responded that they had sent it but we had no record of this. We gave them our number and asked they resend the code. They didn’t respond. We gave them our private email address and asked them to send the code. No response. We were hot and tired. We begged them to send someone to help. No reply. We got our Granddaughter in the UK to text owners. No response. Eventually we got a terse message out of the blue when we had given all hope to say a lady had been waiting 10 minutes at apartment and where were we!! I ran to apartment and explained we had been in a cafe using their internet. Later I messaged the owners through Booking.com thanking them for sending the lady. Later that evening I was horrified to find a message from owners stating that guests must be present at apartment as it was not their job to go searching for guests. Talk about rude. I would have been more than delighted to have waited at the apartment if they had only said they were sending the lady As for the apartment. True it has a lovely sea view and it is this that they trade on but the accommodation itself is Spartan and basic. Quite dangerously broken lamp in living room and one much needed mini fan also broken. Chipped mug in cupboard. Bathroom shower not very nice with bad drainage and toilet cistern tends to run and run. No nice top sheet on the bed, only an empty duvet cover. Pillows smelt old Sorry but it Needs a complete overhaul.
