Very nice and clean appartment. Very good beds. Felt very safe. Easy to use the tram to the city.

The mainroad beside the building gave a lot of noise, day and night. Very sad to see all garbage beside the sidewalks and in the streets. No return system for bottles??

If you're someone who loves views, like myself, you have to stay here. Windows all around, with views on the sea, the mountains... the apartment is furnished beautifully and comfortably, the hosts are helpful and friendly, the location is great (the area is quiet, but well connected to the other parts of Alicante). Perfect apartment for families, with two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool on site, lots of storage space, all the necessary appliances... the bus and tram stops are right across the street, the trip to central Alicante is no more than 10-15 minutes. Supermarkets within walking distance, eateries nearby... what's not to love. I hope we can come back soon.

I liked everything but two things to note: the apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which isn't very high, and so 1. the road below is really noisy and busy, 2. while you can enjoy beautiful views you also kind of become the view for pedestrians and people who drive by.

I would highly recommend staying in this apartment, the view is lovely, the apartment is fabulous, so comfortable and spotless. It's right beside a tram and bus stop and the beach is across the road. Lourdes is so helpful, nothing was a problem.
