Loved the location, view from apartment and swimming pool.

Although comfortable, the living area could be freshened and lightened up.

Apartment 1B is a one bed property that I rented. It is well equipped and more than big enough for two people, with practical and functional furniture, a large terrace and access to outdoor and an indoor heated pool (indoor pool the only one open during winter period) Fantastically located in the beautiful village of Benahavis. Marbella and the coast are a very short drive away. You will need a car for this location unless you don’t plan to do anything for your trip. Air conditioned & heated. Free parking. Washing machine/fridge/freezer/hob/oven/microwave/kettle/toaster/coffee machine provided and all in working order and spotlessly clean. Two single beds next to each other, rather than a double. Perfectly comfortable for a short break. Chris & Jo the hosts are fantastic with their communication and nothing is too much trouble. Will be back in early 2023

Sounds trivial but I do want to mention there is only enough hot water for one person to shower for three/four mins max then it’s run out. We ended up taking it in turns on alternate days. There is a large bath in the bathroom, but this is pointless as there won’t be enough water. Then the water has run out for a good couple of hours. Did report this to the hosts who of course apologised, but other reviews seem to mention it too. Perhaps the heater is not big enough. Either way, if you’re booking this for an out of season break (when it is a bit chilly!) and fancied using the spa bath then you won’t have the water to do so (and the spa function doesn’t function) Instructions for the car park need to be updated to state you park outside, go into apartment, get the car park gate fob and come back and park. We sat in front of the gates wondering if they’d open. Soon worked out our mistake.

Apartment was well located. Only a 10 minute walk to the village. Very well equipped. Very clean and spacious.

Not a lot. Benhavis is a great location but this apartment was atrocious. Never had to kill cockroaches in any other apartment. They knew that 2 of us would be staying yet only supplied one sun bed (thoughtless)

All of it. Cesar is a quality apartment block but this one has ruined any decent holidays we have had here before. And not able to contact anyone we could not resolve these issues. Definitely not recommended!!!!
