"Very good"

Well located the Latina area with plenty of bars and restaurants around. Try the Mercado de Fernando tapas bars in the weekend for a lively experience. Walking distance to the historic centre and Prado (15-20 minutes)

You hear everything from the neighbours, people talking next door it moving chairs upstairs. The price of nearly 100€/night was too high for what was offered. The apartment is quite basic, no place on one bedside or in the bathroom to put things for example. it also needs repairs : shower door was broken. Services are minimal, they count the number of toilet rolls they give you and expect you to take out the garbage, but there are no bins after 09:00 and check out is at 11:00.....

"Nice apartment in beautiful La Latina Area"

very friendly equipped, everything what you need is there. Good comunication with friendly owner and easy check-in. You feel independent and like in your own apartment. located in La Latina, one of the most creative quarters of Madrid.

There is not a lot of daylight in the ground floor, but maybe ideal in hot summer days. Normally its a silent neighbourhood, but some guests are a bit noisy at night.
