Excellent location for what we wanted

We wanted to stay in this area as it is central to both the beach and the village of Arroyo De La Miel which gives you both options. The property is perfectly priced for a short stay and is very clean. The facilities are good and seemed to have everything we needed. The host is lovely and easy to communicate with during a simple check in. Thank you.

Very spacious apartment, clean & well-equipped for 2. Good location. Host was very responsive, communication was easy before the stay and as well as during the stay (check-in / check-out).

The convertible sofa bed in the lounge was quite uncomfortable to sit and as well as to sleep on it. Double bed in the bedroom was creaking, but was comfortable. Apart from these all were good.

Amazing hosts! They were very helpful and on site for us. The flat is very nice and bright. Great value for reasonable price. I am sure we will come again!

Our hosts were very kind and attentive, keeping us informed of arrangements for both arriving and leaving. We were met at the property and shown to the flat and our first impressions were very positive. It's on the 7th floor and there are 2 small lifts available. The flat is spacious and light, modern and very clean. The location is excellent and suits our needs very well. It's a nice area with great views from the small balcony. There are a selection of activities provided in the cupboard under the TV should you wish to use them too which was a nice gesture. Plenty of storage in the bedroom too, which was handy. We also liked the little touches provided like the clothes pegs and coffee filters in the drawer in the kitchen although I am kicking myself for not looking before buying filters! We would recommend this flat for sure! Top tip - don't wait 30 minutes, like I did, for the oven to not heat up... Put the timer on (the dial on the left hand side) and it'll work!

It's not that we didn't like things but for me, the bed was not to my liking but my daughter found it to be perfect but this is personal choice so nothing anyone has done wrong. I also found the shower head to be a bit blocked and had low water pressure but again, in the type of building it is in, this is not uncommon.

Delightful apartment. Perfect for the single traveller. Fabulous views. Safe and secure block. Close to all amenities. Well appointed for most needs. Will definitely return.

Comfortable and newly furnished apartment in reasonably good location. AC in living room and bedroom. Good location, bus stop on next street corner, 15min walk to beach or local train station.

Walking back to flat uphill from the beach. Lack of amenities in kitchen, only has 2x of everything dishes, forks, cups etc.

Nice, refurnished and clean flat, nice location and beautiful view in the mountains. Host was very nice, well spoken english.
