Está muy bien ubicado ya que está a 10 minutos andando del centro y muchos comercios alrededor. Pequeño pero con todo equipado

La limpieza ya que en algunas zonas de la casa estaba sucio y algún que otro utensilio también.

Buena ubicación, bastante cerca de todo, sobre todo de la calle laurel. Fácil acceso de entrada y salida de la ciudad.

La entrada estaba en obras pero ya nos avisaron al reservar. Al menos el ascensor ya lo habían instalado y estaba operativo. Espero que acaben pronto. Quedará muy bonita la entrada. El piso no era muy ruidoso
