We liked the location and good service to get into the apartment

It's very dated was advertised as a 2 bedroom but was only one sofa bed and bed extremely uncomfortable cold and drafty and on the paperwork said ground floor and it was top floor and very noisy as the windows were not double glazed leaking kettle and mould in bathroom on the ceiling

The location was excellent overlooking the beach with a big outdoor terrace.

The inside was in need of a good makeover, the shower was very small with mould and paint peeling from the ceiling.

The balcony and the views were fantastic 👌

The cleanliness the shower was all black mould outside corners, the grouting was black,you could not turn around inside the shower to get washed it was so small.ceilings were black mould from which I think leaks. Paintwork dirty and doors not closing. The toilet just enough room to sit, had to stand to clean myself.

The beachfront location, excellent views and very large terrace is everything about this holiday apartment, we loved sitting out for morning coffee and evening drinks, it also benefits from having the sun on it all day long, great for people watching, quiet at night and all at a great price

As previously reviews have mentioned the interior is dated which didn't bother us too much as we go on holiday to enjoy the beach and outdoor spaces but it could do with a few repairs, a deep clean and general maintenance, but that said we really enjoyed our week and for the money you'd find it difficult to get that all important location and terrace elsewhere, we would book again!!

Only The view

AVOID THIS PROPERTY The property is dirty. We were welcomed with a deposit left in the toilet and it didn’t flush. There are no sofa beds. They are futon chairs which are a disgrace. I think it’s been furnished with items people have thrown out. We needed painkillers for our bad backs after one night trying to get some sleep. Extremely Uncomfortable. The interior doors don’t close. The air-con doesn’t work. The filters need replacing. This place is TERRIBLE. We moved out after one night. The owner was rude, unhelpful and accused us (x3 professional responsible people) of soiling the loo and to top it all off, he wont even give us a partial refund.

Location excellent. Host excellent, cannot fault him, so helpful and accommodating.

Terace

Old furniture, leeking shower cabin, conditioner not working. Needed to buy toilet paper for yourself.

The location was brilliant as it is beachfront and close to the nightlife, restaurants, supermarket etc. The big L-shaped balcony was great for sitting out with a drink/food and people watching. The view is amazing. The apartment was clean and spacious and has a kitchen with a washing machine. The bed was comfy and there’s plenty of storage space. The WiFi is an extra €20. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It is great for a base if you just want a cheap break on a budget. You would have to pay at least 3 or 4 times the price if you stayed in a modernised apartment/hotel on the front with the same view.

The apartment was a bit dated but you don’t spend much time in it. Couldn’t adjust the shower head so the water went everywhere.

Obviously it was the beachfront location and the huge balcony. When we were in the apartment that is where we spent most of our time, people watching. Easily accessible to supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants. The price of the property reflects the quality, for the time of year. If you’re not precious and you’re looking for a place to sleep and a shower this is good. It’s worth double for the view. Loved this place.

It could do with an update everywhere, but as I said the price reflects the quality.
