Villa Happy Dreamer

Llevo 5 años seguidos alojándome en esta villa , es super completa , muy amplia y la zona muy tranquila y segura. Ana es un amor y estaba pendiente en todo momento. Nos vemos el año que viene 😊

En general me gustó todo,el alojamiento 🏨 genial ,todo muy limpio ,ubicación perfecta, lo recomiendo diez de diez,especial para salir de la rutina y disfrutar,mencionar a la dueña Ana muy amable y atenta en todo.

No tengo nada que decir,porque todo está genial .

La piscina.

Nos hemos alojado en varias ocasiones, pero cada vez se nota más el deterioro y la falta de mantenimiento. Hay muebles en mal estado, puertas y ventanas que no cierran bien (lo que da poca sensación de seguridad), e incluso algunas puertas no tienen pomo. La cocina apenas tiene menaje, ya no hay barbacoa como antes, y lo básico, como el papel higiénico, a veces brilla por su ausencia. Las paredes están manchadas y todo da una impresión de dejadez. Tampoco funciona la ducha de la piscina y las hamacas no tienen colchón. Es una lástima, porque el sitio tiene potencial, pero no se entiende que cobren lo mismo cuando no están invirtiendo en mantener la vivienda en condiciones.

The location of the accommodation was pleasant. The view was nice. The cleanliness and size of the apartment were really sufficient.

Cracked glass on the windows. The windows could not be closed and since we had a small child it was dangerous. In every accommodation in the Canary Islands we found at least water upon arrival, here there was nothing. Immediately after arrival we had to do shopping instead of relaxing.

This could be a truly 5* villa if the owners took a bit more care and attention to their property , overall it is furnished to a high standard and has great facilities .Lovely pool and views ,great showers in both bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen . Beds are super king size and very comfortable.The villa also has A/C (although doesn’t work in lounge owners say they are waiting on parts but this was mentioned in a previous review from a few months back ) Nice BBQ and outside seating area We would definitely book again if the maintenance issues were resolved

everything was broken or damaged , a hole in the front room , the cot was broken , the microwave was damaged , a cupboard was broken , the air conditioning blew all the electrics if we turned it on , the patio furniture was broken , table tennis table broken , decking damaged and not safe in places , none of the patio doors locked , a door had shattered glass , the door to get in was stiff - a maintenance man came on day 4 of the holiday with a 2nd cot that was still damaged , our 1 year grand daughter had to sleep in mummy n daddy’s bed , he rang the owner who offered us 50% off if we book again once all work is done but doubt we would go back so here I am

The villa is very spacious and well-equipped. Linen and towels were fresh and of a high quality. We were only there for one week but made good use of the laundry and kitchen facilities. We obviously had to buy our own laundry products, which is fine. But they were barely used as we had to leave them so I'm hoping owners would see fit to leave what we didn't use for the next visitors to the villa. That would be a nice gesture. The communal pool area was immaculately clean and very well equipped and maintained. Ana, our host, was extremely helpful when needed and always got back to us promptly when we contacted her.

Due to the time of year, the private pool and garden area got no sun, which was a shame but unavoidable. We couldn't use the pool as lack of sun made it too cold. Thankfully the communal pool area didn't suffer that way and we made good use of that on the days we chose to hang about the villa. There is WiFi available however it didn't work at all upstairs. The bedrooms are spacious but lack any mirrors, which was a shame as who doesn't like to check themselves out head to toe before going out! I had no complaints about the location although if you're not 100% mobile it could pose frustrating for sime. The villa is situated at the top of a steep hilly area but there are shortcuts using stairs to get down to the shops, bars and restaurants. And taxis are cheap for getting back, and essential at night or if you've been supermarket shopping.

The physical property was amazing! Great location for a family and the light effects on arrival were a lovely touch.

There was no WiFi, though it was advertised as being included. 4 of the pool side seats were broken and there were a lot of things damaged around the property. Windows, shelves, locks etc

everything. the Villa was not as advertised smashed window. broken garden furniture smashed plant pots. mouldy chopping board. chipped tiles no kettle no iron. microwave plate was missing. smelt of Mouldy and cigarettes
