Location & that little balcony on a lovely sunny day is fabulous.

Location, balcony, two bathrooms.

The location can’t be beat! Amazing spot with gorgeous views. Really something special. The building is nice with an elevator which is always helpful. And the apartment itself is really big and spacious, great for larger groups so you aren’t on top of each other. Really nice!

There were a few issues. The biggest one was the musty bad smell in the bedrooms, mostly emanating from the closets. When you opened them the smell was very bad and then it would permeate the bedroom and it was hard to sleep in there. And you didn’t want to put your clothes in the closet since they would smell then. In the end we kept the closest closed and didn’t use them because of the smell, and we had to air out the bedrooms by keeping the windows open. Another issue was that the exterior metal shades in one bedroom didn’t work, so there was no natural light and no way to open the window and get fresh air during our stay (the owner was responsive when I messaged about this and did offer to send someone over). There were also some general housekeeping things that need attention, such as the plastic shower curtain in the bathroom needing some serious replacement - there is mold along the bottom and it is rather gross. Also, the wifi doesn’t reach the bedrooms, which is really unfortunate since I feel like that’s when you’re playing around on your phone at the end of the day.

Great position. The view was amazing.

The beds were not comfortable. We didn’t have enough wine glasses so had to get our own. However within a day of asking we were given some more.

What a location just the most incredible view and value for money

The key collection was a bit sketchy and took a while

Manque de vaisselle la protège matelas sale ... le bidet la bonde bloquée impossible de faire évacuer l eau.L armoire sent l humidité.. les couettes sentent l humidité également.

Muy buena ubicación,vistas y parking

El lavavajillas no funciona y no había productos básicos de limpieza(pastillas de lavadora ni de lavavajillas). Tampoco lo básico que suelo encontrar en otros apartamentos (sal,etc)

Claramente necesita mantenimiento. Se observan ciertos desperfectos.

the tv is a bit old without youtube/netflix. wifi connection can't reach the bedroom.
