Exclusive Attic Las Vistas 3 with breathtaking sea view, only 100 m to the sea, heated pool, aircon, wifi

Good location as described.

The beds were VERY uncomfortable, you could feel the springs and they were very small. You will not get a good nights sleep here.

Family friendly environment,lovely apartment and lovely complex,we loved the pool and bar area john and sandra behind bar were lovely. Complex in good area right next to beach,bars ,shops.

Nothing to complain about.

Great apartment for a girl's week away. Had everything we needed, and great views from balcony.

Air con downstairs would be a great addition.

location of property was perfect. Good size apartment, comfortably accommodating 6 guests. 2 good sized modern on suite bathrooms, with good water pressure from showers. Plenty of storage space for clothes etc. lovely large south facing balcony overlooking the pool and sea view. Very quite complex, never heard any noise on an evening. Great pool and lovely sun loungers. Well maintained and clean pool area, gardens and communal spaces.

Poor overall cleanliness of the apartment. Bedding had not been changed in the double room from previous occupants, there were stains on the sheets and hairs. Very old poor quality mattress which was very thin and you could feel the springs sticking in you. also badly stained mattress and mattress toppers. Oven unusable as no oven racks, microwave did not work. outdoor seating cushions very worn, tatty, with huge tears in them and all the seating was stained with all sorts, they were so bad we had to strip them all off and wash them - i don't think they had ever seen a washing machine. Property management company difficult to deal with when raising the issues above, most messages were ignored. They took the microwave away but did not replace it. they sent casserole dishes for the oven instead of oven racks, which were of no use without a shelf to put them on. If the above issues (which were easily resolved) had been taken care of this would have been a great apartment in a great location.

The pool and resort

We were led to believe that the whole apartment had air conditioning but actually it was only upstairs in the 2 bedrooms which only functioned by feeding a coin operated meter. We were informed by the owner that we would be met by the housekeeper on arrival but never saw her for the whole week and had to communicate with her via WhatsApp. We reported a number of faults including a faulty iron, a light bulb not working, batteries missing from a remote control, a cupboard door hanging from the hinges and a broken fan in the lounge. Unfortunately we had to wait for 3 days for everything to be rectified. The bathroom and beach towels were a mismatch of extremely poor quality. Also mismatched crockery and cutlery

This apartment is in a top location right next to 2 beautiful beaches less then 1 minute walk away.The apartment has a great balcony which is very spacious with a great view of the ocean and the swimming pool. The apartment is located in Tenerife Royal Gardens with beautiful trees and plants .
