Location. Comfy beds.

Owner is rude, overbearing,surly ! I was stuck inside the elevator. He congratulated me that it was only ten minutes. He was insistent that I must speak Spanish if I’m in Span!! Also, was insulted that I mentioned that the emergency button help operator did not speak Spanish. The elevator was not fixed for four days. Unit is on 4th floor. The electricity went out. No response or apology. The neighbor opened the door after being stuck in the elevator. He also told me about the box switch which helped me with electrical problem. The screaming kids at pool was through out the day. It was beyond excessive. I was told by owner to revisit my childhood . No apology. There was a gracious bottle of water in fridge. I just wanted to leave this unit after 3rd day. There is no one at reception till later in day. Laundry is € 6 for wash /dry self serve outside on first floor. One machine. Non stick pans peeling.

We really enjoyed this property, it had everything that we needed. Cooking facilities, a lovely bathroom with two shower options and more than enough space

Great location, Fantastic staff. Really comfortable beds . Have laundry room so no need to over pack the suitcase.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning service is awesome and the place has all the necessary amenities you’ll need on a vacation.

We spent an awesome month in Farilaga, enjoying the island. The apartment was clean and well furnished for a family of four. The staff was nice and they did a wonderful job taking care of the place. The pool was always clean (even though some guests were messing up the pool area, the staff cleaned it daily). The bathroom looked like it was recently renovated, the shower was large and the water pressure high. It's close to supermarkets (Unide, Dino and Cordillo). The apartment is close to the beach and very good public transport is easily available close to the building.

It doesn't have a washing machine in the apartment, there's a shared washer and dryer that we didn't use but there are large laundromats in the area where you can find 18kg machines and driers so we went there once a week. The wifi works on and off, we got Vodafone prepaid cards that worked well everywhere on the Island.

We just came back from 10days & staying in this horrible place. No maid service, reception not open during peak hrs (8am-6am), dirty stained bed clothes & pillows, cigarette burns on bedding & pull out sofa, no aircon, no atmosphere at the pool area at all & was constantly empty. Bird matter on the balcony when we had just arrived. Contacted Antonio (the owner/manager) who was extremely rude, unhelpful & made up a very nasty & untrue situation about us, as we had submitted a compliant to himself & booking.com, which is still current being investigated. Do not stay here & avoid at all costs.

it was great. good size. the shower was amazing

the television had very limited stations and there was no remote control. But we didn’t come on holiday to watch television so it didn’t matter.
