Städning endast en gång på 16 dagar. Handduks byte 2 gånger Gick inte att spola på toa. Inget vatten i kranen till handfat. Dom kunde ej byta rum till oss i början men sen fick vi ett litet rum första natten dag 2 fick vi lägenheten tillbaka

Location was excellent - 5 mins from the city centre, 10mins from the boardwalk. Apartment was clean, beds comfortable, nice bathroom and shower, kitchen relatively well-equipped. Balcony overlooking the marina with several lively pubs and restaurants. Towels and sheets were changed once a week. Parking on site was cheap, less than €8 a day for longer than a week. Staff at reception spoke English and were helpful for the most part.

Several reviews have mentioned the balcony furniture - this seriously needs to be addressed by the managers of this building. One of the plastic chairs collapsed when my husband sat on it causing him to bang his head on the marble window sill and his arm on the concrete ground. The heat has caused the plastic to become brittle so they urgently need replacing. They are a safety hazard. The light in the kitchen needed to be repaired as it was flickering the whole time. Pack a streaming device unless you speak fluent Spanish as no English tv channels. It can be very noisy till late if you’re overlooking the pubs, restaurants. Neighbours changed frequently in the 11 days we were staying there. Not all were considerate and we could hear their “nocturnal activities” on occasion. The front door of the building isn’t secure as the lock is broken. Generally the whole place needs a facelift as it’s a bit dated.
