Bamberg Central Suite by Valcambre

The location is perfect for a long weekend in Seville, minutes from the cathedral and a tapas bar literally on the door step, without keeping you awake. So bright and light, really giving you a sense of being right in the heart of the city. We could have used the parking space but the streets are very narrow so we just parked a 5-10 minute Uber drive, much less stressful but that’s a personal choice. So delighted we found this place and such a good price for the location and property.

The sofa was very tired, strained and uncomfortable but just encourages you to enjoy the city more I guess.

The location was great and the property was very clean, nicely furnished and decorated, well equipped and comfortable. I would definitely recommend, but only if not arriving by car, particularly one of our size, which is not enormous (Mini Countryman).

It was very difficult to find the parking and the directions could have been better and allowed for driving through the narrow streets. Fortunately the girl who met us suggested an alternative to make access easier. Also, although we had already given car dimensions, the parking space was far too tight - fortunately we didn’t need the car again until we were ready to leave. Also, given that it is quite a few minutes walk to the apartment along tight and cobbled streets in the heat, a welcome bottle of cold water, and maybe a starter pack of tea, coffee and long life milk would have been much appreciated and a nice touch. I would have even been happy to pay for something to be waiting for us.

Lovely light airy apartment close to the Cathedral and the shopping part of town. Location was excellent, Appartment was scrupulously clean and had everything we needed.

A slight confusion about how to access the Appartment. Although I'd given my husbands phone number as a contact for when we arrived, I was sent a message the day we arrived which I didn't see (My phone has problems accessing data abroad) so although we had texted from my husbands phone to say we were on our way, the message didn't reach the person who was greeting us, and their message didn't reach us. We found the door to the Appartments, but when we arrived we didn't know which bell to press as there were 4 apartments at the location and we don't know which one was ours. Luckily the host found us, so all was well, but it would be helpful to say which Appartment was the one when you arrive and not to assume everyone has seamless mobile communications! But once inside, everything was good :-)

The apartment is conveniently situated in the old town. It's clean and pretty. The advantage is that the host offers a garage nearby.

The service was very bad. I'm very disappointed. I have never experienced such an approach. First nobody was waiting for us at the garage where the meeting point was. After my call a girl came, but she was definitely not in the mood. She took us to the apartment, because it occurred that in the key box in the garage there's no key. The girl we had to follow was waking quite fast, much too fast for my elderly parents with bags, who couldn't keep such a pace. In the apartment there was no tea, coffee, salt and pepper, no paper towels in the kitchen. And if you come for 2-3 nights and fly back home you don't expect you have to buy it. And, what is also quite important, it's not really an apartment for more than 2 people. It's very small. You have to squeeze yourself when you want to go to the kitchen next to the table. At the table barely 3 people could eat a meal.

Self contained apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Aircondtioned worked very welll. Loved the location. Feels like a home.

Lots of stairs. Would be nice to have coffee pods provided for the coffee machine and a couple of extra sachets for the washing machine.
