Era acogedor

Había desperfectos como pequeños agujeros en la mesa y la cisterna y al entrar un olor muy desagradable a pies. La comunicación con el anfitrión respecto a esto fue inexistente 😞🤔

Parking accessible

Équipements défraîchis, douche en très mauvais état, wc non fonctionnel, lit en mauvais état et bruyant (grincement), meuble salon abîmé, canapé inconfortable. Emplacement bruyant le matin car chantier de construction juste à côté.

Muy mala calidad de toallas y todos los productos de higiene. Frigorífico sucio y roto. Está en una zona muy tranquila pero si tienes la mala suerte de coincidir con un grupo de amigos en otra de las casa, tu tranquilidad es inexistente.

Emplacement

L appartement était dans un état pitoyable avec infiltrations d eau moisissures aux murs et odeurs d égouts dans toutes les pièces. La piscine est fermée alors que la température extérieure est de plus de 30 degrés

The location was very calm and that also made it easy to park. The neighborhood is pleasant and within short distance either by car or by bus from the center or Cordoba. Being able to bring pets is a plus, but beware of the super high taxes they charge, they told my via message that I would have to pay 20 euros per pet plus a caution fee of 100 euros, even though they ended up not charging me (frankly, I would refuse to pay such fee after the absolutely careless customer service we received but anyway...)

Honestly, nothing was really great. I never received information about how to enter the property, I had to call someone who could barely explain to me how I could get into my room, and I never received a key to the room or even to the main gate. I called this person again because we didn't have everything we needed for 4 guests, and I never received a call back for the entirety of my stay. The house was dirty, with a lot of dust on the furniture. The sofa bed was very unconfortable and unpractical. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The pool was dirty.

Quiet, large parking space, large balcony, air conditioning, clean spaces

It is a bit far from the central part of the town if you don’t have a car
