CLB F. Rubio Apartment

Ottimo appartamento davvero a 2 minuti dal centro!!

Uniche pecche sono state il cucino scomodo; ed un po’ di rumore del portone di ingresso essendo l’appartamento al primo piano

The apartment was not very well cleaned. The queen size bed was not comfortable and the cushions were really very bad. We were 4 people,and we had only 4 towels, Although I have asked for a 4th towel immediately upon arrival, and Alvaro promised to provide it at once, he never did, despite my several requests. The sofa bed, sold as a double bed, was terrible. Half the sofa detached from the rest, when someone sat or laid down, so, it was impossible to sleep conveniently, because the sofa was constantly opening a separation between the parts. We were 4 people, and the landlord knew, because he sold us at 4 people occupation price, and the number of dishes, glasses and cutlery was unsufficient. It is not comfortable, and very expensive. I do not recommend

La localización es súper céntrica. Apartamento limpio y cómodo. El host súper agradable y atento con el cliente. Si vuelvo a Sevilla, sin duda cogería este apartamento. A pesar de no haberlo usado, tiene una cocina bastante completa. El aire acondicionado es rápido y la terraza súper grande.

Nada malo que destacar.
